Its a strange reality that it takes a lens for most photographers- if not most eyes, to convey and identify the beauty of reality. Like drunk goggles for the visual aesthetic. Haha.
I suppose that element is also what makes photography so beautiful and vital. To capture that instant in time, to preserve an otherwise insignificant moment. The medium of modern legends.
I got my camera sometime in 2005. You may notice that some shots taken that year bare a striking resemblance to the photography of Tom Conrad.
He and I would take quite a bit of night time shots together. No, not at the closest tavern. Long exposure shots!
I believe we both enjoyed each others company, as well as aesthetic. I'm proud to say we share similar photos during the time period, as I consider his background and passion for his photos to be, beyond my own.
